Prefer to play Perth but the trip to Sydney would be much more convenient

Oh how come there's no Jets option?

We haven't beaten Sydney this season so I'm going Perth as well.  If we have to play there then I would want us to arrive a week earlier to adjust to conditions.

Perth.  Sydney are a better team so we don't want to play them (though last few games have  been average) and Sydney's an awful city.

But I'm with EG, I'm still holding out for a 4th place finish and I think it's entirely possible.

But Sydney have started a losing streak, I think they could bottle it myself.

Perth and don't let Dadi take any penalties. Sydney have been our bogey team this year whereas everyone else seems to be able to beat them.

My preference (other than a home game) is anywhere on the East Coast - happy to travel across to any East Coast venue but Perth is too far and too expensive.

He dribbles a lot and the opposition dont like it - you can see it all over their faces. (Ron Atkinson)

Great city though Perth, even though (from Melbourne) it's a 4 hour flight. Probably a 7 or 8 hour flight from Wellington I'd guess.

Have to get back there, loved it when I was there a few years ago.

I've heard it's a beautiful city - going to a Nix game at Perth is on the bucket list but would need to be for a few days to make it worth the trip. Know people who made a road trip out of the recent Perth & Melb games - away for a week and getting in a couple of Nix games would be a great way to do it.

P.S. I wouldn't rule out a rush of blood to the head and a rash booking if we did end up away to Perth.....

I'm already in Sydney that weekend so if it all falls into place.......superb!!!

I'll take the missus and a bunch of Sydney based mates so hope thats our playoff game.  Will be gutted if we get a home match and I'm over there....

Depends, everyone is waiting for the final table so they can plan things around it. A week in Perth is tops, but do it I suppose when you can.

Great place, try to stay at the Quest Apartments in Hay Street, Subiaco or at the Rendezvous in Scarborough. Great place Perth, really is.

Sydney please.

More of us would go to Sydney I think. It is about $600 dearer to get to and from Perth than Sydney from what I can see

Has to be Sydney. Easy. Cheapest.
Plus Harrypeters can get to it too.

And.. If the table stays where it is and all goes to plan. If we win against perth away.
The second game will be in Sydney.Stefan2010-02-01 18:21:02

Is this about who we want to play cos we think we can beat them of who we want to play for personal pecuniary reasons?

For the former I pick Sydney..Perth is a bridge to far...and Dadi would be sh*te again.

A small town in Europe........looking to bounce straight back up....well that aint going to happen

Check the thread Whitby boy made a while back. Play-off draw or something. It had the dates in there, pretty sure one of the games is on a sunday PWF is correct.
