No point having a big salary if Terry is not going to put in his 2per cent

the bottom line is that we have to be honest here

it's not the coach
it's not the playing style
it's not the fact he wants to play cm
he'll it's not even the weather!!

We've got no money!!

That's why no one is resigning for us!!

f**k me!

I turn my back for a few hours and you muppets turn this thread into the exact opposite of what it was meant to be.

Snap out of it people! It's not over until it's over and threats and hand-wringing are not what are going to entice Marco to stay at the 11th hour.

This thread is about sending positive messages and good vibes to Marco that will show him how much LOVE there is for him here.

Yes, things seem dark right now but we can turn this around. If social media can be used to get rid of an Egyptian President it can sure as hell be used to get Marco to stay. But we obviously need to step up the "Campaign to Keep Marco" up to whole new levels. We appear to have only a few days so get to it. I want to see this all over Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, whatever you can think of to get the POSITIVE message to Marco that WE LOVE HIM the most. We can do this!!!

By the way, I know some of you are borderline manic depressives so I'm setting up a separate Marco angst thread right now. Let's at least try and contain the bad vibes in one place.

So you're saying we should start a general strike if Marco leaves?

No, I'm not.

I'm saying we should organise it now, before he leaves.

Take it to the streets people!

Marco, I just want you to know that I haven't given up on you yet.

You're young, I know you will have your head turned from time to time, but I honestly think that you and me are meant to be.

Let's grow old together...

Ok Einstein, let me guess, you think Marco really really wants to play central midfield?

The sooner we figure out why he is leaving. The sooner we can fix the problem

if anyone doesn't think there is an issue here then they are delusional

Yes, he's really upset that from his (guessing here) $150,000 per year offer than Terry hasn't paid his 2% Kiwisaver YET.

I'm sure retirement and reaching 65 without any employer contributions is really at the forefront of this decision.

He wouldn't even get KIWIsaver in Melbourne so there must be some mistake he's going there!!!!

A move to Sweden could be an option.
Is that what you're suggesting?

At least I'm trying. Piss off to the angst thread with your bad vibes.

Don't listen to them Marco. I haven't given up on you yet.

They just don't understand

I'm surprised more Kiwis haven't tried leagues like the Swedish one. Higher pay for sure, plus a higher standard than the A-League, but not by much.

It's the ninetieth minute and we're down 0-1, but there's still a few minutes injury time.
