Harrywgtn, are you saying that rugby fans still give people a
razzing about football? Don't tell me it's still the
"poofs and pansies" crap I used to get 20-30 years ago? I
thought we'd moved on from that. Perhaps the fact the Phoenix
can attract 10,000+ crowds, while the Wellington Lions rugby team
can't, is threatening to them. That's not the football fan's
fault. Footie is fun to watch and rugby is boring. Have
to say the rugby fans at my work are not like that though,
indeed a number of them go to the games (there's even a season
ticket holder amongst them).
The poster is a great addition to my office wall.
