pub half an hour before game and wander down road singing and
chanting (Cambridge Hotel)
or
The Highbury approach, go to a pub right beside the ground, sing songs and drink right up til the last minute and then race into the ground to catch the kickoff (Calendonian Hotel)
or

I agree FM drink in one of the places close to the Basin
, then only a hop skip and jump to the game.Will there be beers
available at the venue? I bloody hope so.
I used to drink in the bowling club behind the away end at Easter
Road, never left earlier than 5 to 3 for a game.
Big drink my pref, although my experience of a few Coveites on my trips to Sydney have been, leave 90mins before ko to go and setup the Tifo, flags, banners, bunting, streamers etc.

i like the idea of 300odd(hopefully more) walking from a bar
nearish to the game chanting, that would raise some awearness of
the game etc.
Yip I reckon the Walk down Cambridge Terrace could be quiet
interesting maybe even hold up a bit of Traffic etc etc
