Wouldn't write anyone off tbh. Except maybe Perth. Newcastle were terrible at this stage last year and got on a little run of 4 or 5 wins and got in the 6.

I think the top 3 is how it will finish. I see CCM dropping off and a lot of teams fighting for 5th and 6th spot.
If we can get back to picking up points at home we should be in the top 6. I do see teams like Newcastle, Sydney and Heart putting a string of performances together that could push them into 6th. At this point, NQF and Perth are the only teams that won't compete for a finals spot.

Great minds think alike, Mr P
Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Forgot about Perth, who were actually my preseason favourites. They look dead and buried. Central Coast have some quality players, but unless Perez can light up the league I just can't see them being in the top four.

At the moment I can only see Brisbane, Adelaide and maybe central coast and gold coast finishing in the top 6th, rest is up for grabs.
We will never fully decide who has won the football.

We beat Adelaide away and then host Victory after they beat CCM.

If the Roar win and we come 6th we play away to them in the playoffs....correct?
.
If GC or Adelaide come 2nd and we come 5th we play them away....correct?
Either game would be very tough but I would fancy our chances away to GC

I think I'll be able to judge it better after the tards game. The return of Lochhead will solidify that side for Muscat to play naturally, and if Griffiths does come, then we will have quite a good chance for a strong run into the finals.
