Do we as ST Holders get one extra match ticket free per season. I tried last night to get one for someone but they sold me a ticket for $23 at the gate.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

I had an debate with the supervisor about it. I would dearly like to prove her wrong with her suck attitude. No wonder that have such thick glass between us and them. Mind you it did not help having the Bose speakers blaring out music too loud, not having a "live" band doing the same but playing a different song. Neither party could hardly hear each other.

I think the 50% off code was meant to be only for the Wednesday night game but currently its taking 50% off all of the remaining games listed on Ticketek. So if you wanna go to any of the remaining games at Westpac, get in quick.

Interesting seeing that again Bruce apparently last nite they started charging some members $35 for parking as they said the $20 parking only applied to the first 250 members parking there. But i hadnt seen that mentioned any where before. Some stuff seems to have been easier for some to get than others.

Like the team there are a few things the Phoenix need to work on in relation to communicating with their fans.

I have been in touch with the club about this and it will be included in their after action report and investigated.

Even $20 is ridiculous. The dearest I've seen here is $14, but on the 5th and for the WHOLE season there has been $4 parking at the Entertainment Centre 300 metres away from Coopers Stadium.

I paid the same for my actual ticket into the ground than your parking. Who sets those prices?!

They flashed up the phoenix50 code inside the stadium on the screen and mentioned over the tannoy (love that word) in relation to the "next home game".

Forsyth Stadium (Dunedin), QBE (North Harbour) - both charge $10 to anyone wanting to park. Westpac ripoff pricks, $35 for anyone and $20 for ST holders.

Nuff said Mr Harmon.

You said you were going to address the issues and complaints from the first game of the season.

The only actions taken, were the opening of a few more food/beverage kiosks.

The other major complaints about the pricing of parking, food and beverages has not been resolved and is still at the same prices of that first game. Ripoffs!

Stadium i think, its a complete ripoff you would think they would want to sellout the parking at cheaper price and sell it out. Instead like the food and drink they prefer just to rip people off.

Before the season started, I was told that someone was going to ring to try to persuade me to switch my seat to the open side of the ground. When I rang to renew my (Foundation) season ticket, the person on the Phoenix hotline didn't know anything about that when I asked, so I have stayed in my Aisle 12 seat. I think it is very poor for the club to sell me a ticket there, and have the closest open toilets be a quarter of the way round the ground by aisle 21.

Also, as paying to renew a Foundation season ticket means they give you a free membership, I find I am somehow disqualified from getting the free Hell Pizza as I technically didn't pay for the membership part (not that I had the option).

Regarding the parking, I recall that in previous years the discount was advertised as being limited to half an hour before kickoff, but I could never figure out if the discount applied only before or after that time.

It had/has always been that you had/have to show up prior to 30 minutes before kick off and it was $10 for some years, then went to $15 about 3 years ago, and this year it is $20. So if 500 cars showed up an hour before kick off and produced their season tickets, they all got in at the discounted price.

Finally found it - it's oddly named "password". Anyway, phoenix50 is expired but member18 gives 20% off.
