You always take a couple of k off of the pax because they are tickets which are held by corporates and people with stadium passes.
Not sure about a couple - I have corporate box tickets which we normally get a month before the game, and the highest pax is 5239.

COYN Pax 9622 now. I think 12k through the gate is a tad ambitious, I'd be happy with 10k. Or even over 9 really, considering that's still a 50% increase on our first couple of home crowds this season
