WeeMac's pass to win the penalty was class though

When Krishna kicked his own ankle. Frozen at the very moment. There is daylight. Sorry but that's no penalty. Every angle confirms.

Krishna does a lot of good defensive work

bring back the biff ??

Permalink Permalink

Again, I think he actually trips over himself rather than dives but I just hate it. If that happens to us, we get sharkty. I do not subscribe to it.

Yes it wasn't a penalty. Unfortunately the ref gave it to us, we scored lets move on. Bad luck to WSW

don't worry Jeff, we'll get a decision go against us soon enough

Agreed... I can think of a couple all ready this season that have gone against us, along with a couple of dodgy of offside calls.

Yeah but the reason he clipped his own ankle is because the WSW player clipped his. Anyone who has ever run around on a playground, football pitch or just messing around has had this happen. At full pace the slightest touch will cause you to clip your own ankle.

Lia isn't up to standard. Full stop.

O'Leary bless him, books Sigi. No surprises there Sigmund having an O'Leary 'pre booked' card.

WSW are a decent side. They shouldnt be at the bottom of the table

kicked the ball away (not what the commentators keep saying a challenge from behind) stupid card from Siggie.

Is it O'Leary or the Wanderers at the moment? A lot of whistle

Lia has a preconceived notion about him. He is not the same style as A-Rod but he does a different job.

I think O'Leary has been ok other than the pen which is dead set wrong

Watch it carefully. He's in his stride and the defender clips his leg with the shin pad before this.

the problem is not the ref, it's us. Please, no, come on in, we insist, just shoot

Lia is not up to standard based on observation, not " preconceived notion "

Lia off at half time please

Why wasnt daylight booked then?

All the players, the ref and the commentators > Jeff Vader

Didn't see many protests to the ref about the pen, yeh? Sorry about the commentators, but it is true in this situation!

Half time...

Lia off

Mac to Lia's position beside Roly

Burns to Mac's spot central

Kenny on where burns was

Sure, ok. Watch all 3 replays. Camera side, goal line down low and goal line up high. There. Is. No. Contact. Find it, show it. Bet you you can't. I'll even post you a video if you want. It's. Not. There.

I think we know more than most sides that the Referees often make horrible mistakes.

For once we benefit from one so I for one am not complaining

Yup and I guess I need to check myself because it is to our benefit. I just see how we go when that exact same shark happens to us. I just don't want our players to be ever tarred with the brush of "cheat" or our results to be questionable. I like to live in an idealic world where we are pure and holy and those Aussies are the cheating bastards. I don't want to be one of those supporter groups that go nah nah nah nah to every one (RBB?). I don't think we should condone it either way.

Read the paper tomorrow JV...it was a penalty. Move on. It was clear as..... in the half time summary on Sky

A-Rod does lots simple things very effectively. Lia does some things well and botches other things really badly. Different sort of players but what we are missing is A-Rod mopping up and feeding Riera with lots of little short passes. Thats where our our midfield fluidity starts.

Wish Moss would stop punching with one hand

regardless there is no cheating. Krishna did not dive or ask for a penalty. he was either fouled or tripped on himself = no dive= no cheat
