No one bothering with this one then?

Still trying to get the reds game out of the system. Not sure how this one will go. Given the results lately would be happy with a point but would like all 3. Depends which nix team turns up!

I don't think we've ever lost on NYE. Correct me if i'm wrong though.

I'd like to see Powell start - I think the team has generally looked better when he's played. Plus it gives us another natural goalscorer on the pitch. I assume Lia will be a straight swap for Riera. What's the news on our injured guys - is Siggy back? What about Fenton, Gulley, or Doyle?

I also think Roly should play further back - maybe switch to the 4-1-2-1-2 formation we played with a lot of last year. WeeMac at the tip of the diamond in the AM/False 9 role. Powell and Krishna up front. Lia in DM. A-Rod and Roly as box-to box midfielders. I think Sarpong is getting better but he would have to drop to the bench. Maybe he'd have more success coming on later and running at tired defenders anyway.

Big game for us really - beat CCM and we might get some momentum and confidence back. Lose, or even draw, and it starts to look like the wheels are coming off.

Roly needs to play more forward and McGlinchey needs to find some form or be replaced with Powell.

Yes, because we've only played on NYE once before and that was the 2-0 win over CCM back in 09/10

Disagree about both points. I think Roly has a bigger impact on the game when he's playing deeper, and can have a bit more space around him as a result. And I think WeeMac has been one of our better players the last few weeks

McGlinchey is like a bellweather for the team.

If he's going well, the teams going bad.

I would like to see Sarpreet Singh get a run up front with Krishna then deadwood. If a short and young Daniel De Silva could get a run with Perth Glory cant see why Singh cant step up.

Anyone know if Riera has stayed over in Oz to support his team mates, or been sent home?

He'd be perfect then! Fits in with the team ethos! Not a Striker to start?

Hope to see Roly sitting a bit deeper tonight, just in front of Lia, and Krishna and Powell up front well ahead of Roly.

CCM can be dangerous on a counter so Gulley - Muscat - Dura - Doyle better be sharp tonight.

There is no way we should lose to CCM.

There is no way we should even draw with CCM

We should get three points here and put our goal difference in the positive, as long as we don't sit on a 1 nil lead like a bunch of soft c**ks
