You guys might be misinterpreting me I think.

All I'm saying is that Kewell, who is a total blowhard, pulls out of games he doesn't fancy any time he feels like it.

Much like Winston Reid.

What games has Winston pulled out of? If you said Ryan I would have agreed..

That low a Pax only couple days out makes me worried we won't get the 10k turn up.

The $10 bay tickets haven't sold out yet either.

I'm an optimistic pessimist.
I'm positive things will go wrong.

random promo note from Wharfies...

There's rumour that something exciting is happening tomorrow...

Be at lower Cuba Street (the Civic Square end) tomorrow (Saturday) at 12:50 to witness a mysterious football event!

Be on time, it'll be short and exciting.

It may involve the Phoenix... It may involve some of our Karori Football superstars...

Wear your Waterside Karori or Wellington Phoenix supporters gear!

ZM will be there from 12:30 with giveaways and prizes.

See you there!

so if pax is correct (has anyone actually figured that out) we need 2000 more people from walk up and more pre sales by sunday. Surely 10k is achievable then?

Jason Pine @pineyzb

Cunningham and Boxall straight back into Phoenix starting XI; either Ridenton or Hicks to partner Lia in midfield #WELvMHT

Hamish Watson could debut for #phoenix tomorrow; will be on the bench with Roy Krishna out with a minor niggle #WELvMHT

Brockie seems to have lost his ridiculous haircut. Here come the goals!

That might depend on the number of "Brockie's goals" t shirts in the crowd.

pax is usually too high as it includes season tickets???   so getting 10,000 will be a tough ask as lots of the casual fans will still be at the cricket.

As an aside we know we have absolutely no control over scheduling but putting on a home game when there is a cricket test in town is stupid......as is a home game when the Wellington Cup was on. I know that there is always stuff happening but it does not make life easy for the Nix

Day in town in last years away shirt. Most asked question what time is the game.

Marketing slowly breathing through. They knew the game was Sunday.

Rather than December Question was ' " what was the score'" My  Reply - games tomorrow!

Good to see Ernie (+ Gareth and partners) cracking up at Kiwi non-PC comedy at Circa's last showing of Kings of the Gym last night. Some good footie jokes in there too.
