Kurto looks like a Christmas decoration with his red and green. Plus he somewhat gifted us our goal, wasn't the best goal keeping.

The constant fouls from WU are bullshark. They're just breaking up the play with the niggly and the ref is just letting them get away with it

Gotta love Sarah Jones, service with a smile. It's nice seeing a lino who so obviously enjoys their job.

We should be about 6-0 up, and that's not even an exaggeration.

It's too bad, as I think with this WU team they always come home stronger than they start - I think we really needed a 2nd.

Anyway, good half of football.

Kurto down our end this half. Let’s get in his head lads. Still a shame he’s a good keeper we should be up by more.

Must admit I am getting the same feeling. Hope this is a reverse jinx.

WU have a habit of coming back 2nd half. I think we looked a bit puffed from all the pressing.

That floating save from Taylor's volley was brilliant

Oi Oi Edgecumbe... lets have a clean sheet

Honestly, looking at the highlights, he didn't make many crazy saves. The finishing just wasn't great. The one off Taylor was pretty good, though, I'll give him that.

I love the transition from Defense to Attack. Nice to watch!

Western United look lost and in disaray.

Never good enough to play for England

piney just came up with a stat that we have not lost at home on a Friday since 2011. Interesting

Good case for that being a card. Studs right down onto Davilla's ankle.

Piscopo is one of those players I struggle to warm to. Great array of skills, good to watch when he has the ball at his feet but a bit too much of a show pony.

Soft in the tackle too and tends to want to lie on the ground complaining instead of getting stuck in.

We're losing control of this

ffs we are really letting them back into the game

Permalink Permalink

Letting them back into the game. We need to up the effort or else United will equalise. We have to score next as I cant see us hold on to a 1 nil lead

Damn you Kurto!!!

I do not feel comfortable 1-0 up vs a team with Berisha.

Again. If we don't score here we'll regret it.

Unless he had a broken leg I would never take Devlin off. Did get a knock last week though and went off early, so maybe that's the reason.

We need a bit more energy up front; McCowatt has only touched it once. Hooper and Ball are both spent.

Devlin had a quiet second half. Rufer has fresh legs to hopefully add some stability to our defensive midfield

McCowatt, you have to do better if you want to start ever again. Every time he has a chance like that he completely mis hits.

Yep, needs to do better if he wants to justify that 800k or whatever

Still can't last 90 min, he's walking around like it's 40 degrees

THis has all got a bit agonising. Entertaining but agonising, if such a paradox can exist.

McCowatt is a frustrating player to watch, christ.
