Don't worry - this season we have had runs of form seperated by the weels falling off a bit, followed by another run. We'll hit our third run of form in the finals series.

Fenton man of the match for us?? Wtf??

Was easily Moss, and by quite some margin i reckon too.

And Riera was comfortably our best outfielder too

The Brownlow votes had 3 for Moss, 2 for Riera and 1 for a City player.

Krishna still sucks by the way. he's been so off form lately it's ridiculous. In the last 20 minutes tell me a player like Hicks or Boyd or even Appiah wouldn't offered something more going forward. Sorry but Krishna's awful first touch doesn't work against a deep defense.

Mossy was great. Must admit having thought about things abit that City defensive unit has been one of the form ones of the comp in recent times. So like Ernie mentioned at least we are creating chances and I think the good times will resurface.

But yes i agree although CCM will also defend deep. i think we'll get the better of them. The good news is that no matter what happens in other matches, we can still take 2nd spot.

I suggest you go and have another look at the table and fixture list

We can take any spot from 1 through 5 provided results go our way and Perths appeal is not successful (which would be damn near impossible)

Yes of course. If results go our way. To even take second spot we need Adelaide to drop points

Oh how wrong you are. even if adelaide win both their games then we just need to win ours by a few more goals and therefore second spot is still in our hands

OK, fair enough. Except you said "no matter what happens in other matches" - surely Adelaide's winning margin in those matches is a factor though, so where we end up does depend on what happens in other matches.

Nope because they can win by as much as they want. then we simply have a higher margin for US to win by

I can't help but feel that, while Moss made a lot of saves, if he had organised the defense better (à la Paston) he wouldn't have had to make them in the first place.

Lolz.  Digging into the archives for that one.

Edit: Wow, well played - you got quite a few bites.

No you said people would be calling for him to get the "sack". I don't agree with SC, ok, Krishna has had a bad run but so have 3-4 other players, but he's not saying he should be "sacked".

Try to remember what you said.
