Well technically if Siggy plays a backyard game in the future then he isn't the right answer either.
Obviously a ridiculous comment but they also didn't say "his last professional game", hell they didn't even specify football so if you want to defend Nix player playing his last game as meaning a Nix player playing their last game as a Nix player being an incorrect answer then a game of Monopoly could constitute Siggy being an incorrect answer.
They should have used the word retired in the question.
