Just passed the Porirua works. There's already a queue. In my opinion,  one should leave at least half an hour earlier than usual even if taking detour via old road between Porirua and Tawa, it's bound to get busy there, too.

Your dire day is way different from one down here.a 100k an hour breeze and you lot up there are tying down your roofs.

One of my sons and his partner are driving down from New Plymouth for the game, so I hope others are similarly inspired!

Big chance today if chances are taken. Wanderers look to be having a rough start to the season. Boys up front need to get their heads up instead of just blazing away. Watching Sydney last evening would have been a good learner.

One of my plastic deck chairs blew off the deck onto the lawn. I'm serious af. It's exactly like what I'd imagine a storm is like in Wellington here.

Gday YF - I purchased a membership late yesterday - but of course won't get the card for a few weeks. Is there any way I can use the membership to get in to the game without the card? Or will I have to buy a ticket for this one? Cheers!

Fox named for the WeeNix, so Kopa is in contention for the bench tonight.

Yeah, that's like a wellington storm except think trampolines, roofing iron, and garden sheds flying around rather than plastic chairs.

Burgess in for Williams and Nichols in for Singh. No kopa on the bench

No Kopa - maybe he has left?

Hope Singh is being rested.  To drop him for Nichols seems crazy!?

Hope starting helps Burgess adjust to the pace of the game.  He has seemed a step or two behind when coming off the bench.

Interesting line up - lost a bit of pace up top, but more steel in midfield should mean more survive for Krishna. Really excited to see what Burgess can do

If the game is tight though there haven't been many better benches across the league so far that would be better than ours for changing the game - burns Singh and Williams is exciting, just hope we don't have to wait 80 minutes to see them

Have no problem at all with Rudan trying something new we haven't done much to score in the first 2 games. Much rather him try something than do nothing.

Burgess needs to build up his game time and match confidence a little. He seems a talent, just needs to adjust. I like the lineup. Big call to drop Singh but Nichols seems like a good choice. Will make it hard for wsw manager to get a grip on how we will play at the start.

It's a fudgeing huge call to start Burgess and drop Singh, jeez.

I guess I understand not wanting to heap too much pressure on Singh/burn him out, but cmon. He's been our only creator.
