I say Parkhouse and Fenton or Rufer if Lowry could do the left back role..not a great bench either way

Think something like this for the line up

Wont be Fenton. Why play a right sided player whom is not naturally a defender and has no game time over a left sided player, similar to Fenton but has had game time?

I would not be re-newing Fentons contract when it comes up. Go away and get consistent 90 min each week in a role he wants to play, show he is over his injuries and get his confidence up

I think you might be right Jeff. It is not his fault with the injuries but I do blame Ricki AND Ernie for not playing him in his true position. That debut of his was excellent and i thought we had solved our right midfield issue even though he was so young.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

A-League Website clearly biased, they have to hype the money. City had hard a time in the first game. Manny v Kosta and Krishna? We will destroy them! Fire up!

It's a FFA conspiracy to be pro-City: Cahill, Yoshi, an Australian team, never giving us a FFA Cup home match. I don't trust their biases! Go Nix!

Expect to lose 3-0.

I didn't watch the two games, and we won - I can watch this one, so we are certain to bottle it.

We've got much better midfielders now and he sits behind Rufer but possibly ahead of Ridenton in my pecking order.

We're 40 seconds in and Parkhouse already got caught out and one of our mids fell on his ass. And almost an own goal. Lets hope it gets better.

Lowry at least looked like he could defend. I know he played at CB, but AFAIK has also played at FB for his past club side?
