I went to the shop the day season memberships opened .. Nathan was there and explained that they only have the Ticketek machine for punching game day tickets. You could not RENEW memberships there ... and you could not do it at a Ticketek outlet either. Renewing had to be done via the dedicated phone number, or online

You may be able to purchase NEW memberships at a Ticketek outlet, but I doubt it.

Oh dear .. I dont hold much hope of the general number either. I believe they refer you to that other one. But you could try 0800 842-538 ... good luck!
