I had a few random ladies asking me about the possiblility through the season (clearly they thought I had more power than I do). No idea why I started thinking about this last night, but I couldn't sleep and it popped into my head.
First of all, how about a diagram showing some of the great/iconic Phoenix goals - Ifill vs Jets, Elrich, Smeltz vs Melbourne. They would be simple to do (something like this, but would only need to use X's in place of players - I am sure someone could find a better example):
We could also have the written commentary from Piney and Chotey underneath it, or perhaps Fred if he was doing the football commentary:
[monotone] ... and Smeltz has scored a goal from 30 yards [/monotone].
another option would require some more artistic skills, but we could get drawings of our players like a Roy of the Rovers comic strip:
We could make the cartoons relevant to our players - Roy of the Rovers becomes Paul of the Phoenix, Mighty Mouse becomes Mighty Moss, Hot Shot Hamish becomes Hot Shot Hernandez, etc.

Nice idea! What goals would top the list of all time best Phoenix goals?
I remember some sweet 1 touch pinball resulting in a goal vs the Jets. No idea who scored but we won by lots.
Also the TB goal vs Bling would be classic. Just a straight line from half way :)
There is also this one I've seen floating around...
