I have to question whether Rikki is the right man for the Nix?
Case in point - Kosta - not played and he leaves the Nix for Roar where he has become one of the best players in the league.
Rojas - if Ifill and Bertos weren't injured would he have played? I doubt it very much and can't blame him for leaving the Nix.
Moss (Vuko and Reddy) - you can't honestly say Paston is better then any of these three.
Herbert isn't into developing players or giving them a chance so why shouldn't they leave. He is too stuck in his long ball crap up to a front man and playing old guys!
New coach is top of my list!!!

Unless you are involved with the Nix on a day to day basis it is impossible to know everything that is going on.
Is Ricki the right man? I guess time will tell. There are some things that I would have disagreed with, but on the whole I think he has done a good job.
