What do you lad think about signing Roy as a striker for next season??? i personally think he has the skill and pace to set the a league on fire.

he's better the costa and drapes thou, he has played in the world cup champs and didnt look out of place against better teams. As for pressure he has already played for for Fiji which is more pressure then playing for the all whites

he already trained with the team at some point. The club is aware of him, and if they thought he was dynamite rather than a gamble he would be signed already.

He would be considered an import, right? In that case I would say no. Doesn't seem like any other Oz club is onto him at the moment. So I'd concentrate on making him a citizen first and then I'd sign him up.
We need strikers who are of proven quality. We already have Costa/Drapes as our "hopes". I know that Costa showed his stuff, but he's not YET of proven quality, though I am sure he will be considered as such next season.

True he would be a foreigner and a waste of space in the offical nix 23 but if he were to play for the youth team only maybe that would be a different situation. In saying that he is still young and for his development (and citizenship issues) he would be better off playing in the NZFC where he would be getting quality game time and experince from seniors such as Emblen and management staff.
Let him be for another two years to mature then think about it.
