Had a quick peek.
  • Away shirt is OK - the yellow down the side is quite noticeable and long sleeves would have been so much better 
  • Still prefer old stripey.

just purchased the new stripey, hopefully get the official number on it next week - RYOS has to order them and they have no idea about cost at this point, was very tempted to buy the away top too, very very hot. Besides the YF tee the away kit is next on the purchasing list - adidas has done a great job!

Reimbursment required as from my recollections (though they may be hazy) I was never a bother in SA.  The food you ate, however, did cause some grief =P

when i had my stripey numbered two seasons back, it costed $20 for any name and $15 for any number. Although this was from football central on Cuba st. (pretty sure lads at RYOS quoted the same price = $35 altogether)

Just thought I'd share so you have an 'idea'.. Could be worng though as we have Adida$ as our kit sponsor.

On the other note, I have been to the Willis st. store and tried to ask about fever discount and nix gear info. The lady who works there (not sure if she owns the franchise) has been very unhelpful. She said, (I quote) "There is no discount here and take it with people at lambton quay" with utmost disrespect and very bad attitude. I thought Fever discount was applicable at all RYOS stores. I can guarantee, they're not getting my or my friends' money. Just putting it out there.

cool I suspect the lady you are talking about is the one that no longer works there. Thanks anyway  and yes you are right fever discount is avaliable at all RYOS stores. The shop on Willis St quoted me 5% too. Thought it sounded wrong, so didn't buy today.
Will pop into Lambton Quay next week to get the full 10%.

I said to the saleswoman that it should be 10% but she said that RYOS has brought down the discount to 5% on new nix jerseys... Now if you dont mind me saying this but she is the same woman i spoke of in earlier comments. She was nice this time but... hmmm 5% aye? ;)

I spoke to a guy in the Willis St store - maybe there's a problem with the location not the employees

i have already bought the home jersey and now keen on the magnificient away strip. Looked weird at first but now i cant resist buying it. Does anyone know if Rebel sports have these new away strips? have a $40 voucher that i wanna use so an away jersey will be a perfect buy!!

having never being a big fan of the stripey im absolutely stoked about the away shirt. Was getting admiring looks whilst out today...bu then again the looks could have been for the wifes Korean shirt.......
