Well lads, the Four Kings is coming along nicely but isn't quite ready for a Fever invasion yet... as such our good friends at the Cambridge are weloming us back this week.

Be there for the 21:00 kick-off.

Brumbys - It's on Cambridge terrace.  Walk to the end of courtenay place and turn right, it's about a block up.  Pasted a map for ye!

lucky for some, it's about 500m from my house

TF - where be four kings?  this the ex-Lab?  I have gone to the new website for it but can't remember if it had the location...

Haha, bit of a change in style from the old venue!  Can't wait, the place really needs it.  I remember having friends in town to watch a large sporting event (which shall not be named) and thinking about where to go for the game.  Ended up at the kumara, less than ideal!

And I had recently moved up from Otago - with the Cook, Champs, the Terrace.

The kings will fill a very large hole!

(but cheers to the 'bridge for having us too!)

Ignore the above remarks about The Kumara, that place is amazing

Amazing it may be (where else in Wellington are you guaranteed to hear Hanson, every night!?), but it's not a sports bar!

Just looked in at the Four Kings... huge progress being made downstairs.  You wouldn't even recognise it as our old Lounge.

How's my driving? - Whine here

The Cambie will close at about 1am im afraid. So they wouldnt show the premiership.

The Kings when it opens will be open till 5am every Saturday night to show the Premiership and open midweek at 7am to show Evertons march to UEFA glory... oh, and the champions League!

Sounds good to me!!
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.
