Hi! One more shameless plug! Friday spirit!

Raising money to give Northern 'Nix memberships to charities and clubs in Hamilton and Auckland. Click below and do it!

$50 for adults or $15 for kids! 3 games for them and lots of bling, plus #metrics!

https://givealittle.co.nz/cause/phoenixnorthernmem...

10 December: Hamilton      17 December: Mt Smart             4 March: QBE

Increase metrics! Make the kids happy! Share the link above on social media! Will also help promote the games in the North...

House Mormont heeds the call of the North! Send them 62 Northern Memberships!

Give the gift of 'NixMas to some Northern Urchins!

Money will go directly to the 'Nix or to the YF to give to the 'Nix to sort out- which is what the page is waiting on.

Um don't want to be a spoil sport, but has anyone talked to the club?

Yeh, I emailed the club, and I've talked to Johnny brieflly. Also talked to Yakcall/Matt so the current plan is the money will go to the YF account.

So please give an urchin left out by the knitting circle some hope and a shiny yellow membership! The next little Marco could be out there in the swamps of Waikato or the sprawling suburbs of the Auck...

Hi guys, so I've jumped on board to help Martin with this. Have been in touch with the Nix and it has their support and all money will go into a YF bank account to pay for the memberships.

Please donate and we will be looking for these memberships to go to worthy people in Hamilton/Auckland. Thanks

donated. Only a small amount, but hopefully it helps things along a bit.

Very good idea.

Also another idea, if you aren't planning on attending the games yourself and have no one to give them too. Please claim the tickets then email them to me matt at yellowfever.co.nz and we will make sure they go to someone worthy too

Bump and thanks everyone who's put a bit in so far- up to $80 which is a good start. I'll try and let you know which charities or clubs this week. Obviously if we've got a bit more to go around we can fire off a few more off.

Thanks Matt!

EDIT: all moderated now too. The lady at GiveaLittle was away on Friday or it'd have been done then.

Must be money in Auckland - Silver tickets at $90.85 and Gold at $102.35 on the ticketmaster resale site.

Some idiot must think it will sell out or are these good value as Ticketmaster can't sell tickets? lol

They must just be keeping the ticket prices in proportion with their house prices!

One more day! Looks like combining with the tickets given to Matt we'll be giving away 9 kids tickets and 6 adult tickets to the games in Hamilton and Auckland...

So if you want us to give out any more either donate or get in touch with Matt to arrange to give your ticket, if you're not traveling!

Guys- we've sent 37 people from StarJam to the 'Nix in Hamilton! Yellow Fever are the best.

If you haven't already- send Matt your tickets for the Auckland game next week!  We've had some, but if we can send them the Auckland ones too, that would be great. And thanks to the dude- was it Hatter (?) who suggested StarJam. I hope some of yours get something out of it!

Was very nice to meet you Martin. Where did you disappear to after half time? See ya in Auckland, got my hands on a train timetable and on paper it looks good.

went and sat down with the GF a bit higher up at the back. we had a bit of fatigue cos had watched the Weenix and the Zone was a bit quiet in the second half anyway... gave the legs a break.

Just been Christmas parties and slingshotting straight from Hamilton to Auckland game...! will be off work by then too... don't they know it's ChristNix time?

So Star Jam unfortunately couldn't use the tickets this weekend for the game in Auckland so I got in touch with Kidscan and the tickets went to them to use.

Haha touche! I had played a bit of tennis and bowls that morning and walked around Hamilton a little bit, though I don't suppose that equals a half ironman marathon or whatever you did!
