Too much time on my hands so, out of curiosity, I had a look at how often Nix players have been picked for the A-League Team of the Week.
24 teams have been picked (no team picked for round 19, the round spread over Dec / Jan). With 11 players picked each week and 24 weeks - on average you would expect a Nix player to have been picked 26 times.
A Nix player has been picked 24 times so, considering we are mid table, our representation seems reasonable.
Most picked is Ifill (8), Durante (4) and Bertos and Sigmund (twice each). Picked once each are; Greeny, Dadi, Brown, McKain, Muscat, Reddy, Lochhead and Daniel.
Our best represented weeks were rounds 12 and 22 with 4 Nix players picked each week. Those games were wins over GCU (6-0) and Roar (3-1).
We were not represented in the Team of the Week in 10 of the 24 weeks.
