Hi Team

I have an email from Ticketmaster telling me the game in Auckland is now on presale, but can't find any info on how season ticketholders get their tickets for the game?  Have I missed some communication??

Thanks in advance for your help

Normally closer too they give you a number to contact to get a paper ticket issued for the game. Can't remember any email about it yet from the Nix

Two Auckland games now? But nothing about this on the Phoenix website or Facebook page.      https://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/football/a-league/101195009/wellington-phoenix-to-play-season-ending-clash-against-melbourne-city-in-auckland

School holidays start that day. I'd have to take Thursday and Friday off work and pull the kids from school early. Could be done but certainly not happy about it, hence my grizzling.

The decision to take this match to Auckland was taken by people who do not have football in their heart/s.

The last match of the season is about farewell. Farewell to the season and to the players. Often as not some won't be back in the next season.

Taking this to Auckland is both a snub and a mark of disrespect to the fans. This game needs to be played at home.

Will the supporters club be approaching the club and urging the to change their mind? This game needs to be brought home.

No, but you can feel free to email the club and let your feelings be known.

I had already taken that step.  YF have quite a bit of clout/presence don't you want to use it?

There have already been conversations around it between Fever and the club.

I think you're overestimating WelNix's regard for YF. They know YF will turn up week in, week out (to some degree). It's the general public WelNix care about.

What IS it with this crop of very recent new posters, with "realistic-sounding" name fields, who are jumping straight in to bag Welnix and the "Fever elite"? There's Edwina, the "cube man" and the fellow who says "the YF don't rock the boat"...

Any Northern Members know off the top of their head if the membership gives entry to all Auckland games, or was it just one?  I know I could look it up, but i'm lazy and would rather rely on someone else.

Lol that's fudgeing hilarious. As it stands the Northern membership won't even cover this extra game.

Wow.

That’s interesting because that would’ve been at a time when they only planned on 1 game there. I wonder if they’ll allow people entry to both now.

Thanks, that's what I thought.  Well that works for me.  The original game was gonna be tough to get to after cricket, so I can delay it until the April game now.

Wow.

Makes sense, I think it was about $20 for the membership so it's less than the entry price for one game, and they were originally talking about potentially more than one game up here during the lead in to the season.  I was pretty sure I remembered it was reasonably clear when buying the membership that it was for only one game (just wasn't 100%) so I think they have been pretty transparent on that.

Wow.

They priced the membership up to include a single ticket. The membership states that it includes a single ticket. It's pretty clear that the Nix never planned on having two games in Auckland when memberships went on sale.

Not quite sure what you are expecting the Nix to do here.

Again, can we keep chat about the game being moved in here: https://www.yellowfever.co.nz/categories/wellington-phoenix-discussion/topics/what-s-really-wrong-with-the-wellington-phoenix

Reason for that is I’m trying to keep this thread about ticketing for the Auckland games, so people can easily see information. If it turns into another thread about the game being moved, then that information gets buried.

Keep Angst about the nix in the above thread, and angst about Ticketmaster in this thread.

Wellington Phoenix confirm location of Round 27 match – venue change

Wellington Phoenix have confirmed Auckland’s QBE stadium as the venue for their Round 27 Hyundai A-League clash with Melbourne City on Saturday 14 April, moving from Westpac Stadium, Wellington.

Negotiations with Football Federation Australia had been ongoing for some time but the governing body has given the green light for a second Auckland-based game ending speculation as to where Phoenix would take its final home game for the 2017/2018 season.

All tickets for QBE Stadium will be sold through Ticketmaster. Members will need to contact Ticketmaster to redeem their tickets for the QBE stadium by contacting the Ticketmaster groups line on 0800 111 999 from Tuesday 13 February.

All match day tickets purchased by the general public will be refunded in full back to the card used to purchase. If tickets were purchased at an Agency or Box Office, please return to your point of purchase for you refund.

Regards,

Ticketek

Ticketmaster called back promptly - Apologizing for the hassle. Tickets sort.

Best way to get your QBE Nix membership allocated tickets is to email Groups.NewZealand@ticketmaster.co.nz including Full name, contact phone number, Membership  number  and if you are in Gold or Silver seating

"...ending speculation as to where Phoenix would take its final home game for the 2017/2018 season."
When did this specualtion occur, apart from inside the Welnix and/or Huawei's Boardrooms?

Tickets? Tickets? We talkin’ about tickets?

Where are the "active supporters" standing? Not that I normally sit there

Suggest you email Groups.NewZealand@ticketmaster.co.nz and ask as no online seating map currently shows the sections as Gold - Silver - Fever   But partially selecting a fever zone ticket gives
