Seat Allocation

I have to admit that we haven't been in our allocated seats during a game yet. We always start in them. Then I look behind and notice the big gap between us and the packed area, so have moved up to join the crowd just as the game has kicked off.

Against the Jets, the zone seemed to fill up some during the game and I thought we'd be asked to move. No-one asked though, which was just lucky I guess. Next season, I'll have a better idea as to where to have the season tickets placed. I ordered on the web on the first day tickets went on sale and when I got the phone call, they were trying to suggest we go in the very front row. I said no, I want to be back so that lots of people are in front of us and they gave us row KK. It was only in the Sydney pre-season match that I realised how far forward we were - the previous lack of football at the stadium meant I had no idea about the seating layout. Oh well live and learn. If the zone continues to fill out, row KK will get some atmosphere. In the meantime, we're likely to continue to look to shift if there is a gap between the mass and us - but I have to agree that we must move if the allocated seat holder asks.

Interesting how its the people who DIDN'T spend $184 on a season ticket (or didn't get in as soon as the tickets went on sale) who think people should get over it when others are in their seat.

respect the fact that some people bought a seat in the fever zone and if they turn up with their season pass, find somewhere else, and don't complain about it
When you next buy a season ticket for a team 9 hours drive away... tell me.

I'm going to make sure I get there real early next game, cause my seat is 22 row L which is right in the middle of it and I'm sure that seat will get taken, but if I get there early enough it wont.

I'm row L seat 79... so same row but not really all that close to ya :P

as said in the Pandemic, if people have tickets to a seat and ask you to move, then please move.  The zone will spread and you will still be part of the singing, etc, but people who have got their sh1t together and got a ticket/season ticket in the right zone, they have more rights than you.

just a note to add, I have no idea where my seats are.  I have been to 4 games, and stood around the same area, but have idea which aisle I'm in.

Just checked my ticket, and I am aisle 22, row AA seat 104.  Hopefully I will find it before the season is done.

And because this is the first season everyone is still figuring out how all of this works.  Obviously next year everyone will be a lot more organised and the Fever Zone will definitely be bigger.  We're all on the same side here, it's not as if you don't get a good view standing somewhere else!
