Last nights game on iraqgoals took up 450mb. This included bit of pre match and half time. I would describe the quality as equivalent to tvnz ondemand on high quality setting. I was able to go full screen and be happy with the quality of the picture from a couple of metres away. This is using telstraclear's inhome service with a 10mbs download speed.

That's exactly what I did Tegal, ditched the Sky and ramped up the data cap. Cricket is also easily accessible to stream as is almost anything else you want to see. By ditching Sky I also ditched all access to TV1 etc because reception over an aerial where I am is poor. I now download all tv. The main site I use is thebox.bz which is a site for uk tv shows only. This is very closely managed and content has a keen eye kept on it for quality etc. Premier League games are on there, usually a few hours after they have been played, cricket, rugby, Match of the Day etc etc. One of my Sunday routines last year was download Match of the Day, watch it at lunchtime and then head for the Phoenix. And all of this is under my scheduling control, which with two little ones you need to have. Sorry this has gone a bit off topic but hope it is of use.

A) Open up a new Sky Sports channel OR
B) Make the games avalible online (Like what TVNZ did for Olympics) with a good connection unlike iraqgoals?
iraqgoals isn't working - it shows cricket !!
did you notice this audio is the production feed?
it shouldnt be live..must be a mistake...or an inside job for the feed.

Excellent job - I think I used the word disgrace as well. Today I might follow up with a real letter as well - you know the sort you write on paper.
CYBER-BULLIES'
Sky Television chief executive John Fellet says he is not concerned about websites that include virulent attacks against Sky sports coverage and put the blame squarely on him.
He describes the site, which looks at the resources Sky puts into its high-definition broadcasts for some sports events, as cyber-bullying.
Anti-media sites are common enough - there is even one devoted to this paper - but www.johnfellet.com does have an edge to it.
I'd be happy to have a chat to organisers about gripes - under its previous satellite arrangements Sky was sometimes mean with bandwidth. But aspects of this anonymous site do raise questions.

From this article
Sky are a huge company and you guys pay to use their service which is getting worse and worse. You have a right to complain.
Might well be wrong but I'm sure they were showing the same thing (might have been some golf bollocks) on two different channels at the same time over the weekend.
