WSW v jets is on delayed. Looks like they're not showing Sydney v Melbourne live unless they open up highlights channel at last minute. So much fail. 

I wish that there was coverage of the Phoenix on Prime live and free to air as well

 what time was the Roar/Heart game on last night on Sky?

They ended up playing it live at 930. Which is why yours would have cut in part way through I guess? As it stuffed a few people up as they also didn't show it delayed as originally scheduled. 

They probably could have shown it delayed as scheduled too if they could though. Can't remember if it was possible or not. 

Its quite odd though because I swear the schedule was updated. Guess the mysky recording is a seperate thing to that i.e they loaded the new live programming under a different code perhaps? Instead of shifting the delayed code to 930.

I'm with telstra so that could be the issue.

Sky sports are useless bastards....scheduling is shit, no information given out....perth Adelaide shunted until early hours of this morning.....sports package is going over the close season until following season

I emailed Sky Tv about them playing Lawn Bowls instead of the CCM V Roar game on Sunday. This is what they replied with:

Sounds like whoever writes their contracts need shooting. Either that or this is an obvious lie.

No one probably cares, but two premier games on at the same time today, yet only one gets shown live the other game is delayed.  And what was on the other channels, replays of other sports.  Seriously, wtf?

Good to hear that Sky will finally be utilising the Highlights channel for Live sport. I hope they turn it into a HD channel too, but I won't complain about getting SD if it means we get the games live.

Great news about the highlights channel being utilised when lots of live stuff is on, a few on here have been calling for that for a long time.

Contracts situation with the lawn bowls is very poor. Did anyone properly look into that before signing it? Good grief

I'd rather complain to sky, they are the ones we pay to provide us with live sport after all. 

We've been doing that constantly for the past few weeks, looks like they have finally caved into our demands for the Highlights channel to become a stand-in Sky Sport 4

Only 30 minutes delay across the whole weekend, can't really complain about that given what the previous weeks have been like.

I'd love to see the ratings for A-League games not involving the Phoenix. Sky don't have to show anything, they're a corporate company and if a product doesn't rate they aren't under an obligation to show it.

But they do promise love sport. As subscribers we have the right to be frustrated by the lack of live coverage, especially when they have the rights to show it live, as well as he means to, but simply choose not to. They don't legally have to of course, they can just not show anything and lose subscribers. Nobody is asking them to play it ahead of better rated sport, but it seems they just automatically delay all A league, even when they can show it. 

Good to hear the highlights channel will be playing live sport soon, its about time. 

I'd be interested in your proof re this? Someone pointed out the issue with the bowls contract the other day. I remember last year people complained about a certain time and it clashed with one of the fishing shows, until someone pointed out the likelihood of a contract to show the fishing show at that time and they will have sold the advertising time.

I imagine its reasonably likely that A-League doesn't rate and a lot of the time they put stuff on that will rate higher.

It happens occasionally. I'm not meaning to sound like that happens all the time. 

There was another one a few weeks ago, where the cricket finished way early and they didn't show a game. Also instead of showing Sydney vs Melbourne live, they decided to show the earlier game delayed in that timeslot. 

For me, scheduling a fishing show for a weekend slot when there is clearly going to be a lot of live sport on is pretty unacceptable. They did choose to do that when they sold the advertising time. So I understand that they have a commitment when it does happen in such an instance, but perhaps they shouldn't have entered into it. Or at least honoured their mistake and open the highlights channel  (which they can do). 

I was tempted to reply to the email, saying that the A-League draw had been out for 5 months. And ask if they sold the TV slot before or after the draw was done. But doubt I would get a reply to that.

Only game that isn't live this round is WSW v Roar.

That's a good effort from them. Works better on Twitter though, more people see the complaints and every reply sends a new tweet to Sky Sport. And gets really annoying.

The WSW vs Brisbane roar game isn't on sky until 3pm Monday. A full 20 hours after it kicks off live. 

No wonder I couldn't find it over the weekend schedule to record it on MySky .Bugger.

Just so everyone knows, there appears to be delayed coverage at 3:30am now, just saw it when looking for something else...

Kaiser Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are on Sky Sport 3 right now (obviously not live). Not sure where that came from, but I'm enjoying the vuvuzelas again...

Did the WSW v Brisbane game not record for anyone else last night? Annoying because it was my TAB game this week. Now many just have to look up the result since sky have decided not to show this game at all.
