Little bit dissappointed that Sky TV have only shown one FULL REPLAY of the Nix game versus Victory from the weekend.

Although they have shown it once only. They seem to show Wellington Lion vs Tasman Makos at least a handful of times....what a boar!!!!

What your thoughts?!

SSH is just a continuous loop of boring Highlights lol. I say just buy MySky and record the game haha! Although mayby we could get in touch with sky and bombard them requests for more replays?

Yeah Sky is rubbish when it comes to football i mean they've already relegated tonights game to ss3 which is quite poor if you ask me.

Three for me, and two for them.

Considering they destroyed the Kingz as a viable football team I doubt they wish it was the Knights.

Maybe someone needs to whisper in thier ear that Foxtel is looking to expand into NZ in the not too distant future. (Three cheers for competition)

They also cut away real quick at the end of Victory game, hardly any aftermatch

If you ask me, competition is what they need.

Well I recall getting countless replays  of the Knights getting pummelled 10 nil.

I dunno, maybe the goal fest constitutes to good viewing.

Who cares - the Nix are a better concept and there results will suggest so this year.

Wellingtonions can vote with there feet and the ratings will take care of themselves.

Sky and Foxtel are both Murdoch owned broadcasters. If Foxtel come to NZ, they will do so in conjunction with Sky.

They used to do Kingz stuff free-to-air. I remember watching some of it.

Hold on, is there any sport going on around the world that sky doesn't cover that you wish they would?  We have no pay per view except for boxing, our monthly fees are relatively low and they cover a massive amount of sports.  I think sky does a pretty good job

i guess they need a lesson in maths lions get half the amount of support phoenix get i wonder what we should show on tv.
it shows how supportive they are to the resserection of soccer in n.z it sucks that i see there are no replays scheduled in the next few days ethier and that they would consider it a sky sport 3 event.
we need someone willing to put up the game on the net (dont know if this already happens )
go the nix and good luck tonight.

You're a prat. Maybe its because they also had World Athletics Champs, World Rowing Champs and US Open Tennis to put on.

Foxtel had all those plus all A-League most NRL & AFL games live (those not live are replayed). More EPL than UK ever gets (5 at the same time on Sat night FFS!) Coca-Cola Championship live & not to mention some "Mickey-Mouse" U.S sports.

Sky showed all A-League games, all NRL games, some AFL games, all NPC rugby games, US Open, World Athletics Champs, World Rowing Champs, EPL, MLB, USPGA, European PGA, UK Superleague and all the other garbage in between. I think thats a pretty good effort and to hear comments that they should be showing more replays just shows theres no pleasing some people.

I'm sure there will be more replays shown in future games when they actually have the room to fit them in (as they did last year).

P.S. Damn Foxtel for showing Championship games though! Thats awesome.

I dont have sky at my place but since i was going home for father's day I did manage to catch the CCM match live, but I dont recall seeing any replays in the sky tv guides or anything, I guess they don't realise just yet the popularity of the Phoenix side.  If it doesn't step up over the season I'd be more inclined to complain, but perhaps they've just assumed that the nix would only have the number of viewers that used to watch the Knights/Kingz.

Hell it may even take them a season of the nix games before they realise that there is a big enough audience to warrant more replays.  I'd certainly have watched a replay if it was on at a decent time of the day.

Yeah I'm not impressed with the A-League coverage on Sky. Seems to have dropped now there is no longer an 'Auckland' team. A lot of people like me pay for the sport channels for football and football only - so the least they can do is show all A-League games live.

Don't they show every a-league game live there? That's pretty piss poor. There's only 4 games a weekend ffs!

This only gets 4/10 for Auckland Bashing. You missed the obligatory phrase "Latte-drinking". That, plus it's bollix
