pleased to see that Wellington CC have seen fit to erect a statue to immortalise the 'tops off' moment of the Pasty Boys on Sunday - see  Dompost front page and here;

I have started to notice a few "gags" about my build, and I can only put it down to jealousy.

Everyone knows the ladies appreciate the girth.......

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

Hey sounds like a promotional oportunity!

Since there are a number of statues (Ghandi, King Dick, Queen Vic, John Plimmer(and dog)) around town maybe we could adorn them in Retro Ricki's for the next home game.

Imagine the slogans "Even King Dick has got the fever" (although getting to his statue could be tricky as it's on the grounds of parliament).

Bonus point to the first person to get a scarf round his neck and a photo!!

Have done this in trafalgar square...need to upload photo to prove it! Nelson's column was too much to cope with though...

Where on the platform is the ghandi statue? I'm around town tomorrow, and it'll be a good challenge. I don't have a scarf though, just a retro ricki.

Satuday sounds good to me to do this! I didn't know Ghandi travelled the Rail - must be on the late night to Jville! A Phoenix fan to boot, he must go down as our most famous fan next to Frankie!
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

The Ruf, The Ruf, The Ruf is on Fire!!

Be grateful its a statue of Ghandi not G-Dubbya Bush in an attempt by Helen to get a free-trade agreement!.....that sounds too possible.

"A small body of determined spirits fired by an unquenchable faith in their mission can alter the course of history." Mohandas Ghandi

He has to be the original Phoenix fan!!
