Stewards at the games

With what has been happening, I've noticed an increase in the stewards in the YF Zone over the last two games. So they throw over-intoxicated person out but what are their responsiibilities? If some one complains about some elses behaviour, have they the right to remove them??

As a side note, I was at the wellington Rugby quarter final - one of the brave 8,000. anyway at the bottom of the stand near aisle 22 ironically, this dork had a Lazer pointer and was using it on the players and on Leo the Lion. I complained to a steward on the field who in turn told his suprervisor and then...........nothing was done. To the best of my knowledge, isn't it a life ban from the stadium if caught using such a device?? Five of us saw it and I complained. Ever had one of those pointer shone in your eyes? The guy was a bloody idiot!

Stewards can be w**kers sometimes.

To date the only thing they have policed with any fervour is standing in the aisles.  They have done very little to appear as 'w**kers' so far and have been pretty accepting of the Zone and the change of mindset needed from a Rugby crowd.

Behaviour like Sundays will cause them to have a much more active role, and making generalisations about them is not going to help the relationship with them in any way.

My mate does streaker watch there, he's 6ft, yugoslavian and a black belt in karate and has a bad temper, so if any of you get any ideas of running on the field to give Felipe a naked hug I'd definitely think twice hahahaha
