Sunday Star Times Phoenix Mag

Just looked at an advance copy of this weeks Sunday Star Times Phoenix magazine and it's a pretty good read !

30 pages long with a good positive intro from Rob Morrison and articles from Russell Gray and Jason Pine .

Interesting stuff on the new Phoenix  players and a great 2013 /14 A league draw schedule  along with coverage on all the other A league teams coming and goings

All in all well worth a read and it's out this weekend  free with the Sunday Start Times

How much does SST cost these days? $4, $5, more?

I completely agree. I picked up a copy in a cafe yesterday. Usually these sorts of pre-season write ups are pretty naff, but this was so good I kept it and took it home for my better half to read. Well done SST.

I went looking for the Nix pullout in the cafe I was at but it seemed like some twat had taken it.

Thanks for publicizing this guys - just phoned The Christchurch Press office in town (part of Fairfax group who publish Star-Times) and a very helpful chap offered to post me out  a copy for free!!! Said they had copies of the weekend's Star-Times lying around.

No used phoning the Fairfax subscriber line as they don't deal with back issues - just try either the local Press or Dominion-Post offices and choose the "all other enquiries or assistance" option, not the subscriptions option.
