Survey Error.

When ever I do the survey I get this.
 
The website cannot display the page <!-- This row is for HTTP status code, as well as the divider-->  HTTP 500 <!-- Error -->   Most likely causes:
  • The website is under maintenance.
  • The website has a programming error.

This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

The problem is the fields where you add your own comments. If you keep it concise, you shouldn't have any problems. If you get the error messages, try to shorten them and try again.
