Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e21'

Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.

/post-survey-data.asp, line 39
Does the word testing mean anything?

i told CNUT to fix it earlier. He might have. Might not have. He is king of the half-finished job.

Anyone notice they ask why you didn't buy a membership (if you didn't) but have no question asking whether you did or not? Won't that mean it will appear every respondent didn't buy one?

Also asks how many matches you went to, with no 0 option (although I made the trip down for one, I know some who didn't)

And I also got the error message after clicking the "submit" button

I wonder who actually wrote the survey, it's not very well done. Quite a few loose ends and things.

I thought it was ok, I certainly seen worse. What improvements would you make Critical Lemon

An option of "I have been to 0 games" and a question about whether you have a membership or not would really help the statisticians, currently the question about why you didn't buy one will make it look like every single respondent doesn't have one. That's two off the top of my head.

They could also make submitting it work :P

I selected "Other: I did buy a season ticket you numpties."

Still, it will give them some basic demographic info that's not statistically valid at all but still usefully indicative.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

and Bay of Plenty fans will set club policy

Perhaps th blocks where your comments are invited cold be bigger instead of scrolling so you can tell how much to ramble on. Has the fault been fixed yet? The one where you send the response and you get an error message and don't know if your response has actually registered. I don't know if my own one did in fact arrive at it's proper designation.

The idea is brilliant though and to work in conjunction with the club is a very positive step forward in establishing a good working relationship with the club.

An excellent idea by the club, but they need to fix the problem with the survey quickly before it goes cold.  They need to allow more space for comments, particularly for the final question.  The club would probably learn some useful insights from fans' comments. As the survey is at the moment, it's hard to see many benefits from it gained by the club.

This petition, and the website does reflect bad on Phoenix even though it may not be their fault. . Bit of a pity we cant express our concerns. Perhaps someone who can get through can refer the Petitionees to this thread.

I complained about the lack of prawn sandwiches available at the food booths between aisles 20 and 24, the fact that too many urinal users were not using the "30 second spray and walk away" rule and that we do not have direct access to the match officials hearing aids. It also annoys me that all of the ground stewards have their hands tied under their armpits. Are they wearing straight jackets, and if so, did they come straight from work??

Suspect the error message is related to the capacity of the comment fields.  If you write too much it overloads the database and chucks a spaz, hence it is working for some and not others.  Try filling it in without commenting and see if that works for you...

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

I did it today, no problems.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.
