Stacey!

Stacey's mum has got it going on..

Well that settles that then. Swap both Morrison brothers out for these two and keep the Morgans!

WIN!!!

Well done guys, my missus knows I have a thing for Stacey, she walked past me while I was reading this thread and saw her photo. Questions asked, funny how feeble a proper excuse sounds [even to my own ears].

I'm not sure how far to the right to place old Jinghiz.  That aside, Morgan's - well, actually, Phillipe Van Parijs' - notions are right-wing garbage.

Didn't realise you needed to be a card-carrying member of the Socialist Party of Aoteoroa to be part of a consortium that might actually save professional football in Wgtn/NZ.

A universal basic income is a very left-wing demand. I totally endorse taking the stigma out of income support.

J82: I'm not sure if the Socialist Party of Aotearoa (prop. the late Bill Andersen) even still exists.

Don't think the current Fab 1 is likely to be any further to the left (although he might be inquiring into a NZ chapter of 'The Big Issue' soon?)

The political persuasions of the owner(s) are virtually irrelevant. Gareth Morgan is an economist so of course he has commented on his view of the economic policy.

We know nothing about Terry's or the other consortium members' views and even if we did - how does that relate to owning and keeping a professional football club going?

Even for a troll it is a stupid post.

Red neck and plenty of other places besides.  Armour tends to chafe.

Hmm. I guess that's why knights walk a bit gingerly.

Although I think SK was a bit off the mark when she accused me of leaping to the defence of the poor defenceless lass (aka total psycho GK) - I was actually responding to the dumb-ass postings of the troll lawyer (and btw I have agreed more with JD on some things more recently than D). However, methinks I doth protest too much.

As my grandmother used to say, "even a broken clock is right twice a day".  Auckland didn't introduce politics into the discussion.  He just noted - correctly - that policies of flat tax, no redistribution, and, fawning over parasitic financiers, are extremely right-wing.

And, yes, way too much.  Proposed new avatar:

I'd prefer more Jinghiz. (also what is he doing with his right hand?)

But was actually meaning the first post about how fans have contributed to the state of the club.

HOWEVER. If there was a flat tax I'd probably buy the family a matching set of new season's away strips.

And maybe a trip to an away game.

Or possibly the $60 shorts (that would help prevent chaffing).

I guess on the upside if morgans right wing policies were introduced Terry would still be highly profitable (i.e: he wouldn't have to pay any tax to the ird or any payments to acc)

Think garreth will still be an advocate for his kiwi saverAucklandPhoenix2011-09-18 13:41:30
