That title also includes women ,dogs and parrots. In keeping with the community sprit of the fever and all phoenix supporters I propose a simple way to grow our togetherness and encourage pride and passion in our football team every time you see someone wearing phoenix attire weather it be hat , shirt scarf whatever. You make contact by way of a simpe "Go the Phoenix!" or"Phoenix forever" shout or something similar. If your in a car you toot and wind down the window and shout something positive. especially to kids it will give them a real buzz. I noticed a couple of people in the supermarket the other day with phoenix attire and aknowledged them with "This is the year of the Phoenix" and got a smile and a " I hope so bro" back. BUILD THE BOND ACKNOWLEDGE FELLOW SUPPORTERS IN PUBLIC!!!!

Kind of like an underground cult? We should have a secret handshake!
But yeah it is cool, but maybe some people will get a bit intimidated? Then that may put them off wearing any nix gear because whenever they do they get 'harrased'.
Though wearing any kind of football shirt gets a reaction. Have an Argentina playing shirt and some random argentinian came up to me at uni and asked if i was from his country haha
Allegedly

Even if they're surrounded by heaps of soon-to-be-confused passerbys

(Good on ya mate!)

I figured you'd do a brilliant job of explaining it to them
- but even you looked confused at the first shout

Man this happened to me and my friend on match day.
We were in full gear retro rickis scarves etc. etc. and then this guy is just casually walking down the street past us and then, just as he draws level he screams
"Go the Phoenix!"
I was too surprised to respond, it was actually ridiculous.

I'm often to be found prowling the mean streets of Pukekohe, shouting "Who are ya" and "Ricki Herbert's Yellow Army" at terrified passers-by. Surprised I haven't been arrested yet.
Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.
