OK so you probably all know this, but I think I might have the
worst story yet!
I ordered my Season ticket in person at the store by Civic Square after attending the very first A-League game of the season. After around 6 weeks of waiting for it to turn up I call the office and they tell me that when I gave my address to the Ticketek woman (I live in Aro Valley) she didn't write down the city (Wellington, obviously) and so they were unable to send it out (despite having my contact details they never bothered to inform me of any of this).
(In order to attend games up to this point I called up and got a series of EZItickets sent to my email)
It finally arrives another 2 weeks after this point (I've waited 2 months by now) and I'm all excited when I go to open up the package. Fridge magnet, woohoo thats cool! Stickers, a badge... Ok... But wait, something is missing. Oh wait, there's the clear plastic slip that's supposed to hold my season ticket. But... Wait... the season ticket pass is not actually anywhere in the package! f**k!!$^%!*$
So I try get back in touch with ticketek, but have no luck getting through via the phone number the ticketek woman gave me. Two weeks ago I finally do get through and the person on the other end hears me out, asks for my contact details and says they'll sort it out. I wait another week. Nothing happens. I call again yesterday, apparently the person who is "responsible" for me not getting my ticket is not in the office so they take my contact details again.
What more can I do?! I don't want to just keep using EZI tickets (the standard way of dealing with my problem from most of the people I speak to on the phone) because they are a hassle to print out and use up lots of ink on my printer (I'm a poor student), not to mention the fact that I PAID for a season ticket.
Sorry for the rant! Anyone on here have any suggestions?
