I was very hacked off with Ticketmaster on Sunday. Like, many others, I was a good boy and booked my ticket for Nix v AWs online. Then you get a choice of having the tickets couriered (costs I forget how much) or venue pick up. The privilege cost me the entry price, plus $8 booking fee. I get to the Rotorua International Stadium and present my email proving I have booked tickets and am asked to stand with the other people who are waiting for the tickets to be brought from somewhere else in the stadium. While we wait for twenty minutes, we are entertained by listening to the crowd cheering for the curtain raiser ( a women's final that would have been good to watch) and watching lots of people turn up and pay their $15 dollars and walk straight in.
What a bloody rip off and shambles. Ticketmaster that experience sucked.
