I'm coming up to Wellington (from Ch-Ch) for the game on Dec 7th v Perth, are tickets not available until a few weeks out from the game?

Do I get them through Ticketek and request Fever Zone?

you can get them just now mate on the ticketec website.

I can't see them as available for Dec 7, only the Perth ones for this weekend, where do i look for future fixtures??

I don't think they are available yet - keep an eye on the Ticketek site - should be available 3-4 weeks out
