Tim Brown - Legend

"You can never get a bloody tradesman at Easter, it's a wonder Jesus got crucified" - Karl Pilkington

On 3 news tonight, Tim Brown said (and i'm paraphrasing heavily) "I'm delighted to be back in my home town and look forward to the support of the fans and the likes of YELLOW FEVER'!!!"

Yes Tim Brown is really one of our own and will be the instant crowd favorite.

Yeah ripper. Good work Brownie!

Apart from being as far down the news headlines as TV Ones article, TV 3 was the better.

Why did TV One start off implying that Aloisi was a dirty player, and his claim to fame is being sent off and getting thrashed in finals?

TV 3 had a lot more detail and quotes, and I will now look to them first (well second after the YELLOW FEVER site of course) for my footy news.

Watched 3 first as i always do.Then took a peak at 1 and we had to know that thats how they would cover his signing. If it was a yacht race that was being started down here they would be all over us.

Am rapt with his signing as he is truly a "local" and a good one at that!

We did give Brownie's graphic design portfolio website a plug on in our news item - so it was the least he could do in return

PS - how many posts to you need to qualify as "groupie" - I have plugged away from day one, but am just not as prolific as others. I feel somewhat hard done by.

Moderators/administrators - is there any possiblity of introducing a post quality consideration into the user classification system?

50 posts = Groupie
100 posts = Senior
250 (i think) = the next level

I'm pretty sure that's how it stacks up.
