Thinking about it, I think Ifill should get credit for an assist on this goal - he put the pressure on Reddy which made him rush the clearance.

90% of that goal is dreadfully slow reaction of Reddy to Brown's shot. If he'd shown a smidgeon of urgency he would have been in much better position to save it.

Not taking anything away from Tim-as he said, you look like a dick if it does not come off, but woeful keeping frpm Reedy. First mistake was a poor kick out, and the second was he should of taken a couple of steps back closer to his line and third he had no idea where he was in relation to where the goal line was, otherwise he should have easily tipped that over the bar.
I know a lot on here think he is a great keeper(did play well for us) but I have watched him for 10 years and right now he would be one of the worst keepers in the league.

Don't think the clearing kick was that bad - Carle got to the ball first (was actually straight at him) and should have done much better not to cough up possession so meekly.

Today, I had at lest 5 people who have never ever mentioned the Phoenix to me talk to me about the 'Tim Brown goal', seems as though it has got a whole lot of people in the city talking about it. Can only be good in terms of publicity, lets hope the Nix can capitalise on it for the 10th.
