How good were Smeltzenegger and Cov's together!!!

Felipe and Daniel Just behind!

I like Smeltz having some reign to run up the park....how good were his through balls! (ferrante should have finished though at least one).

Loved it, loved to game, GO YOU BIRDS (NIX)!!!

Cracking game. The team barely put a foot wrong. It's a pity Ferrante didn't score from that shot, but that's football for you. Where are the Phoenix on the ladder now?

Two up front was far more attractive footy- very positive. Was fantastic to see that we kept the same formation after going 2-1 up. Your thoughts on us keeping a similar formation when playing away? Reckon we'll keep two up front?

Ferrante won't even be on the bench once we have the whole team playing, which should be in two weeks against the Planes

ffs, Ferrante is one of the hardest working players on the park, he's not a finisher but his distribution is spot on. He's was laying them up on a platter for Daniel in the game away to Sydney, give the boy a break.

When Hibs, went up, to win the Scottish Cup - I wisnae there - furfuxake!

Ferrante is a good player, just not a good finisher...when will people learn...
I like tautologies because I like them.

Agreed - his finishing is average, but the rest of his play has come on leaps and bounds over the last few weeks

I wasn't being negative towards Ferrante's game when I said he might not even be on our bench...it's because our squad is very strong that he could miss out

I was actually impressed by him when he came on. Makes a good impact player. Wouldnt start him as he does make quite a few mistakes. and shooting is not his stong point, but looks outside the square when passing and i like that in a player.

No, that's ferrante for you.

Even before he took the shot he was not going to get it on target!

Oh well, at least he was in the right place.

Brown looked dominating in the middle when he came on. He and Aloisi should work well together. I think weve got a pretty special side!

yeah, I was a bit worried when Ferrante came on, but he played really well - looked like he was getting some confidence in his play.
