It should also be noted that it was, I believe, a sort of Team Wellington reserve side as well.

Was a very average by the Phoenix, Team Wellington deserved a win imo, and yeah probably could have sent more twitpic images but couldn't be bothered. Paston was as usual very vocal. Joe Morris did decent in goal. Bowkett (sp) was good too.

Sorry guys, I'm not familiar enough with TW or local players to puts names to faces. Only name I heard was Wiremu Patrick.

Should point out a few of those tweets were retweets of CboZ. And Lia did start the match.

TW played better. Made a lot of subs but still managed to control the game throughout.
Nix had a lot of young guys making up numbers, the centre mid (think he's from stop out) was the pick of them.

Was nothing more than a knock around. Hard to get a handle on too much. Wanted to see how Rojas was coming along, but hardly got the ball in the second half. Daniel and Lia were solid as, Toto came closer than anyone to scoring when he was on. Diego looked OK when he came on. TM played well, but again it was just a kickaround really. Man we have a lot of small guys, though looked worst as the ringins were small as well. Musa just gets better.      

Wesley Sneijder, Andres Iniesta and Xavi are all only 5ft 7in tall.

Also, Toto got smashed from what I hear and left injured. Was this anything bad?

He didn't get smashed, think another player did though. Toto was dragged and when the player went off injured he tried to go on for him but he was told other wise by coaching staff. He was sh*t though btw.

I understand he still can't speak much or any English. We should of chucked a clause in his contract where he had to learn English within 3 months. Like Eduardo got at Shakhtar for Turkish.
