4 positions back up keeper, midfield utility (playing a fair right back), goalkeeper coach, and assistant coach that have changed several times during the seasons.

Vuka was always going to leave, and Marco....well bully for him.

If we don't do a better recruit than last season something will be wrong..

Adelaide are losing Dodd, Reid, Cornthwaite, Mullen, probably Flores and their ass coach (Phil Stubbins). Something wrong with them too?


employing an 'ass coach' seems a bit wrong

Anyway, I'd just like to say a BIG thanks to Mr T. He's been a very approachable and friendly person at the practices. His enthusiasm and work ethic are second to none. I think we will miss him a lot.
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Great blog Piney. You described Luciano to a T  and what he brought to the club and how much he will be missed. I will never forget the time Ricki and I interviewed him in Melbourne and how he presented to us set plays and player info for most of the A League clubs. But at least the colour photocopier will get a rest in the Phoenix office now.

I have it on good authority (mostly the voices in my head) that it is the 'Special One'. He's coming down to learn how to be humble and he likes our strippy shirts.
