Ok so you hopefully ring Ticketek who kindly tell you in a voice message that they're to busy to take your call.
No problem - buy them through the web site, oh but even though you login with correct details it tells you they are wrong (even when you refresh the details to make sure they're right).
I could try walking down to the outlet but if everyone else is having these problems then i imagine the queue is a mile long.
After having tickets sent to the wrong address more than once though - probably the best course of action at this time of the day.
