TV3 News - Wrong Logo

Just watched the TV3 report on the Phoenix match last night.
Some useless person organised the wrong graphic to go up behind the news reader, and instead of the yellow and black of the Wellington Phoenix, there was the red and black of the Golden valley Phoenix.  It looks like the wrong logo was picked up off this site.

Someone down at Phoenix HQ needs to ensure a media kit including digital logos is sent out to all the TV stations, news papers and radio stations.

Yeah saw that, terrible. Another indication of the medias total lack of football knowledge and reporters.

Agree mate.  I guess some responsibility lies with WPFC.  Do they send out stuff like that to the media?  It like TV3 just grabbed something with Phoenix.

That's two consecutive nights that TV3 has run a blatantly incorrect Phoenix logo. What a shambles. We all love to have a go at certain media when they express opinions (which can be debated either way we should note), but factual errors such as this and getting the score wrong (Prime the other night) is inexusable.
Who the hell is editing their stuff?

Bet they can't believe that there are actually people out there that are REALLY interested in the footie stories that they pay attention to every last crumb (and detail). Maybe this should point out to them how starved we have been of quality coverage of the beautiful game, and serve them notice that they need to lift their game.

You can just see the assistant in the newsroom preparing the story...Oh we need a phoenix graphic thingy for this soccer story - just google it mate  - does - (soccer and phoenix) - third hit brings up this...
