Any sign of a small, fast, europe-based striker in the crowd?

No trialists, and the only new players who got on the field were Sanchez and Downey (near the end).

Brent Griffiths and Satellite played for TW, at least in the second half, according to some bloke standing next to me.

TeeDubs ring changes at half. Youngsters on like Fifii, Patrick and George Barbarouses. Ryan Cain? .+braith. Justin Gulley. Basilaj plus others. Full eleven man swap for them.

thought Lia had a good game today..although was a bit worried when he totally kicked through and cleaned out a welly player in the first half

Really? Guess I didn't pay much attention to the TW players since I don't recognise any of them anyway.
How'd they go in your opinion?

Hard to judge when one side is professional players who have been in training for 4 months and the other got together this week.

generally to be fair to Lia, Ricki often plays him in a more defensive role and he seems to me that he could do a job further up the field, and I still think he was the pick of the midfield on Sunday

The great thing about being there was that you could hear what the players were saying which you can't always at the RoF.
Classic line from Vinnie to Dakota Lucas after a late challenge "F*cken try that again and I'll f*cken break you in half"

And Pastie had an epic tanty at Siggie in the first half!

....was for the 3rd time....ref probably should have sent him off but being a " training match" took the soft approach....coach should have sub him off..but didn't...... hopefully the next time he will get sent off....and learn something

On this basis Lia and Brown would have gone in the first half and missed the gold coast game.
