Ryan de Vries came here in 2008 and is 23 so is surely eligible for NZ (unless the stints at Bentleigh count as breaking his residency). In any case, if he's got a NZ passport he counts as a NZer as far as the A-League is concerned.

Not including that these guys will be paying there own petrol and their time is voluntary. Not so easy really.
