i reckon one of the yellow fever ones aswell, the commentators would be more inclined to say something about one of those if the camera caught it "cant shake the fever... yep the fevers definitely spreading tonight"  or something....

I've never come across a forum "multi-vote" poll that allows you to vote for AN option more than once. I just went to try to vote for the same option twice and indeed you were correct - sorry I didn't realise the software was like that

All other "multi-vote" polls I've come across before allow you to select more than one option when you vote, but you can't go back and vote again

Any way to rectify this? I can't obviously make a different poll for every different banner.

make another vote once poll with the 3 main options perhaps?

Yeah there's no idea way - I'm making at least 2 of the ideas hence the multivote poll :/

If the admins have any way of checking for "extreme voting" perhaps they could prune those multiple votes. It's not a problem for people to vote once each for the ideas they like but not cool to vote for any one option more than once.

10 more years. I think that really needs to be emphasised on Sunday. We are here and we want to stay.

Looking very likely I'll be doing a variation of Come Play AND one of the "10 years".

1. Re: Come Play - which years are we putting on it? The season (re)-starts in 2010 and finished in 2020 so should it be 2010-2020? The round numbers help people see the "10 years" too (2011-2020 may seem like "9 years" to some people at first glance).

Doesn't our license expire AFTER the 10/11 season?

So we need a license for 11/12 through to 20/21.

Hence me asking the question. I'm not an expert of such issues so need some clarity on which years were are talking about.

I'm just reading some (old) news about how other teams in the A-League already have 10 year offers while we only have 1 - are we seeking the same 10 years as the other teams or 10 more years after that 1 year? I don't know what the Phoenix have agreed already.

It could be 2011-2021 if I get confirmation.

Also I was reading the news thread for the first time talking about this. Someone suggested something like:

- can this be worked on to bring more clarity to the message? It's a reasonable theme to start an idea from.

Could DEFINITELY manage a Kiwi silhouette. Actually it would actually be FAR easier than the Phoenix crest I had been thinking about putting at the side of the wording. Like it!

A banner like that will have to make people think. I think its a really smart idea.

It is a 10 year extension we are after.
According to an article, our A-league license runs out at the end of June and Tony P. was hoping to get the extra 10 years.

Our current licence expires at the end of the next season - in other words, 2010/2011 season.

All the other clubs have been offered further 10-year licenses starting from the 2011/2012 season, and this is what we are after. So simple maths would tell you that the banner should read COME PLAY 2011-2021.
