First half summary for me:

Vukovic has been absolutely magic

Musa can't cope (one fantastic tackle though)

North has been pretty poor too

We are very lucky not to be 2 - 3 down
I actually thought Musa was getting better as it went on. North wasnt.
Sydney's efforts have been pretty moderate - as well as Vuko has done you would have expected him to have saved all of those.

we looked better towards the end of the half... when we were attacking.. would Pasty have been as good in goal?

agreed first 15 was very poor... Then he got some touches... found his feet... and made some/ one key saves

Vuko is the man, let him play against Sydney alone we'll get the one point.
Christ Musa and North have to wake up!!! use the offside trap, communicate stop ball watching!!!

Yeah, Musa has struggled at times, but that was a fantastic and crucial tackle. Nice strong headed clearance late in the half too. I reckon he will develop into a good player. Vuko clearly a god, but I really don't think we are being so totally outplayed as the commentators seem to be saying. We have had our far share of possession and half chances,- it has just gotten a bit ugly at times in our defensive last third of the pitch. We are still totally in this if we have the energy for the last half and don't start thinking of the coming weekend match.

The Moose with the winner in the 2nd half imo. Thing that worries me about Moose is his lack of pace - he seems slower than Siggy and Dura

UKandy think you're underrating Danny there - some of those saves have been world classvaleo2011-02-09 22:00:20

Vuko keeping us in it.

After all that, we did get back into it!
Hopefully next half we can get an early goal.

the lack of any shielding on our weaker defense is really scary

Having said that our Chilean youngster has once again shown class beyond his years and Daniel is looking okay as well ,Lochead has been calm and collected and sorted out a few problems so there are a few positives the main one being they haven't scored and hopefully won't !!!

The answer to life's problems are rarely found at the bottom of a beer glass - but it's always worth a look.

Looks like Troy was getting some treatment for his right knee during that halftime look into the changing rooms, hopefully not another injury to our backline.

Usually stand up for North, he played well last week, but just not there tonight, when we need him the most.

Best goal keeping I have seen from Vuko

Ward is going well, and Rojas, I love him

I'm not sure that we expected anything different.
A point will do.

I'm lovin' this.

What football's all about.

A rag-tag bag of misfits with their backs against the wall, classic underdog story.

I was going to watch The Bad News Bears or The Karate Kid tonight but I think I'll stick with this.

Imagine if all those police were standing in the aisles like that at a Tards match...the Norf Tewace would be livid!

Rojas is so good. Keeps his party trix up is sleeve and fools defenders  by trying to hit early ball in.

An incredibly lucky 0-0, Vuko playing out of his skin with about 10 saves in the first half
