I still reckon Felipe's was a better goal
 
it should say shot of the year if elrich's effort is selected

Felipe's was a better goal. Elrich's had a large amount of luck involved... if he could kick the ball in a controlled manner in that way, he really ought to have been able to cross better than he did.

luck ? he knew where he was on the field,then he turned and had  a shot.
Sure his crossing in most games was very poor, but mate that was a bloody good goal

Elrich's goal was the best in my opinion and  totally justified the 6 trillion dollars that Tez put in his skyrocket for the season !!

tbh i thought coveny's goal in the 4-1 win against perth was a far better goal than Elrich's. Elrich's just seemed to be a wonder shot out of nothing on the turn. whereas coveny's was a great build up with accurate passing, leading to putting a player (daniel i thin) in tons of space to put in a pinpoint cross that was put in by Covs. great team goal.

So...Felipe was 4 and Elrich 1. Not bad.
